This Old Portland home was built by my architect friend’s great uncle back in the late 19th century, in the Goose Hollow neighborhood, with a beautiful view of downtown, Mt. Saint Helens and Mt. Adams.
My friend managed to buy the house and bring it back into his family, and we started to restore the old woodworking.
My job was to rebuild a built-in cabinet to match the colors and the beading profile of the stained fir closet wall.
The hardware was selected to match the style of the house.
Absolutely beautiful! Exquisite!
Thank you
